Product Summary
Produced by a reputable brand, MyProtein THE Pre-Workout is made with a blend of ingredients designed to push you through your next workout. Of the 12 active ingredients, perhaps the most notable is an impressive 2,500 milligrams of betaine anhydrous intended to increase power output in the gym.
Also promoting muscle growth is 2,000 milligrams of creatine, while 4 grams of citrulline increases blood flow. MyProtein is formulated with 50 milligrams of theacrine, which is said to contribute to better motivation and focus. It does come with a premium price tag so may not fit everyone’s budget.
MyProtein THE Pre-Workout is available in nine flavors, each of which is reported to mix well with 8 to 16 ounces of water. The powder is very fine, which contributes to mixability and prevents granules from setting on the bottom of your glass. That said, the flavors are not loved by all, leaving a synthetic aftertaste.
