One of the best parts about these pieces of equipment is that you can use any weights you have at home with a 1-inch hole. They also come with a built-in SlideLock™ collar for ease of use and safety.
Each individual stainless steel Dumbler can be loaded up to 110 pounds with your own weights. There’s a medium knurl, so you won’t tear up your hands but they are also not likely to slip.
