Product Summary
Built in collaboration with AbMat and Dr. Kelly Starrett of The Ready State, this hexagonal-shaped pad can help you get more use out of your squat rack. All you have to do is slide it onto the end of a barbell that is placed in a low setting on the rack, counterbalance the other side with weight, and you can do a wide variety of split and single-leg movements.
It comes in two different style options including the Split Squat Pad and the Split Squat Pad Pro. The regular pad is made with a more traditional foam roller material while the Pro is thicker and made of high-density foam. The design keeps your foot locked in place while you perform each movement. It has been designed to fit snugly onto the bar, but not to the point where it’s hard to take it off when you’re done.
