One of iFIT’s capabilities is automatic trainer control, which allows your coach to set your treadmill’s speed and incline based on the workout.
The FreeMotion t8.9b Treadmill is one of the company’s more budget-friendly options, which is a relative term considering it costs around $6,000. You do get an incredibly durable motor that will support runners and walkers up to 400 pounds at a top speed of 12 miles per hour, but if you’re looking for a decked-out treadmill we’d suggest looking elsewhere. This one only comes with a basic LCD interface, so you’ll have to supply your own screen if you want to follow a virtual workout.
