The compact Rogue AM-2 Adjustable Monolift 2.0 - Monster is compatible with any rack or rig from Rogue’s Monster series, making it an excellent addition to reach those PR goals. The rack-mounted attachment allows for safe and secure lifting by eliminating the worry of walking the bar out when doing squats or going around protruding J-cups when benching.
Each unit is relatively light, allowing most users to make adjustments with just one hand. Rogue also put a little love in the details by including such features as: button screws that eliminate sharp edges, UHMW protective plastic on the inside of the arms that helps protect a barbell’s knurling, and the ability to to lock the arm in place that offers the user an extra level of protection.

The Rogue AM-2 Adjustable Monolift 2.0 – Monster arms are solidly built and they are compact compared to others that we have tested. Each arm is constructed from 0.25-inch and 0.375-inch steel, and the interior of the hooks are made from UHMW protective plastic, which protects your barbell from unnecessary scratching. This new version has removed unnecessary weight on the handle, making it possible for most users to make adjustments using just one hand. The addition of a stainless steel key allows the jaws to lock in place that further simplifies making adjustments, while adding a level of safety and allowing the hooks to be utilized as J-cups.
The AM-2 Adjustable Monolift 2.0 – Monster mounts to any Rogue Monster power rack or rig by .25-inch steel brackets and 1-inch detent pins. Height adjustments can be made in as little as 2-inch increments. These attachments are compatible with most standard barbells and some specialty barbells. One of the coolest features is the “backstop” bolt found above each primary hook bolt. What this means is that the AM-2 Adjustable Monolift 2.0 cannot move further away from the rack while the user is setting up–you don’t find this in many comparable items.
While these are safe to use by yourself, Rogue (and GGR) always recommends having spotters available for heavy lifts.
