PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS
RX Smart Gear calls the EVO (Extreme Velocity Optimized) FRE the “gateway” to the EVO family. The EVO FRE is considerably less expensive than its older sisters, the EVO G2 and the EVO GO, but it still offers many of the same high-end features.
The ergonomic, speedy and durable EVO FRE is highly customizable, and according to RX Smart Gear, nearly indestructible. The polymer handles are lightweight with diamond knurling and customizable traction bands. Each rope comes with a rugged carrying case.

Product Summary
The EVO FRE was born when RX Smart Gear acknowledged that they needed to offer a more budget-friendly speed rope. The FRE is almost 50 percent less than the G2, but it shares many of its technologically-advanced, high-end traits. It’s fast and moves smoothly.
Despite its less expensive price tag, the FRE offers the same height, weight and cable color options as the G2 and GO. It also comes with a rugged carrying case that helps keep the rope in tip top shape for years to come. Although the handles are made from polymer rather than the anodized aerospace grade aluminum of its pricer sisters, they have the same diamond knurling and traction bands. More importantly, they feel amazing in the hands.

Summary
This rope offers everything that you need in a speed rope - speed, durability and top-notch handling. It is less expensive than the EVO G2 and EVO GO, but at $80 it isn’t exactly bargain basement. If money is no object, opt for the G2 or GO, but you won’t be disappointed in this “gateway.”
