Grip Flex Gel Wrist Pad cushions the wrist during heavy lifting. Strap is made from heavy duty cotton and Grip Flex rubber for added strength. The Grip Flex rubber strips grab the bar for a “no-slip” grip when lifting. When using the strap, rubber strip side must always face the bar. 20.5″ extended length allows you to wrap the bar several times. 1.5″ wide. One size fit all.
