Rogue T-10KG Technique Bar

A unique addition to Rogue’s expanding series of technique, rehab, and beginner’s barbells, the powerful T-10KG Tech Bar is equipped with a 25MM, 190,000 PSI steel shaft, needle bearings, and a set of Olympic knurl marks. The bar is fully machined and assembled at the Rogue factory in Columbus, Ohio, and includes a Bright Zinc finish, with bare aluminum sleeves loadable up to 80LB / 36KG. The collar spacing is also set at the same distance as an IWF standard Oly bar, giving athletes the ability to maintain proper grip position as they progress from a light bar to a Men’s or Women’s weightlifting bar.

The T-10KG Tech Bar is fully machined and assembled in our Ohio plant, and includes an 25MM steel shaft with a tensile strength of 190,000 PSI–on par with some of our top-tier competition bars. This ultra-durable construction, combined with a unique needle bearing design, simply has no equal in the world of technique bars. We’ve also included a Bright Zinc finish across the shaft, with bare aluminum sleeves offering 12.50″ of loadable length.

The sleeves of the T-10KG Tech Bar are fully compatible with most standard size bumper plates, with a max load capacity topping out at 80LB or 36KG.
