Product Summary
The GRIND 3-Post Flat Bench is an ultra-budget flat weight bench that provides support where it matters most. A three-post design, along with the use of rubber feet, provides security and prevents any wobbling during heavy lifts.
Although the listed maximum weight capacity is only 610 pounds, multiple reviewers have claimed to be 300-plus pounds and be able bench very heavy weights on this bench. It’s not made with the most durable materials, so while it may be able to do a little more than 600 pounds, we wouldn’t recommend going that much heavier.
The pad isn’t the firmest on this bench, and the welding is a bit shoddy but that’s to be expected on a piece of budget home gym equipment.
