PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS
The AbMat Medicine Ball replaces the sewn seams and stuffed interior of traditional medicine balls with a single-piece, polyurethane design. These medicine balls come in three weight options: 10 pounds, 14 pounds, and 20 pounds. Regardless of the weight, all AbMat medicine balls include a uniform 14-inch diameter and, since it uses a single piece of foam, the weight is evenly distributed.

Product Summary
After two years of testing and retesting, the new AbMat Medicine Ball was released, which is intended to be the reinvention of all traditional medicine balls. Unlike the medicine balls we know and love, the AbMat medicine ball replaces sewn seams and stuffed interior with a single-piece, polyurethane design. They are available in three weight variations: 10 pounds, 14 pounds and 20 pounds. All sport the same 14-inch diameter with evenly distributed weight.
What’s more, with the new single-cell foam injected model, there is no need to worry about ripped seams and stuffing falling out. This makes the AbMat medicine ball extremely durable.
All weight options come with a textured black surface, but many reviews have reported the grip is poor and surface slippery, especially when sweaty. And this medicine ball bounces higher than usual medicine balls, so being able to handle and grip it is important.
Despite this, this product is really versatile and can be used for med ball shots, med ball cleans, high intensity interval training and ab work (think russian twists). With large white numbers embossed on the AbMat Medicine Ball, the brand claims there is no risk of fading. They come with a bit higher price tag than traditional balls but, knowing Rogue’s reputation for quality products that last, the AbMat Medicine Ball could easily be a forever piece of equipment.
