Product Summary

The Reebok Nano X3 training shoes are the 13th iteration of the popular cross-trainer manufactured by the sportswear behemoth. On January 20, 2023 Reebok announced the release of the shoes to much excitement in the CrossFit community. On the surface, these trainers look much like the last few iterations–the X, X1, and X2–but there are a few notable changes.

For one, the Nano X3s are being offered largely in unisex sizing, with a new size chart published on the website to help buyers figure out their unisex size. Additionally, there are some women’s-only colorways in regular women’s sizing.

Most notably, the new X3s feature something called the Lift and Run (L.A.R) Chassis System in the midsole, which is supposed to make these the “most runnable” CrossFit shoes to date. Of course, the shoes also feature Nano mainstays like sticky rubber lugs on the outsole, a medial rope guard, and breathable mesh upper material.
