Product Summary
The Titan Wall Mounted Pulley V3 is a compact but reliable single-stack functional trainer. At under $300, it’s not shocking to see that this is a plate-loaded functional trainer—which, while not as smooth as ones that use weight stacks, are convenient in that you can use weight plates you probably already have around your home gym.
This functional trainer specializes in unilateral exercises, though the longer handle does allow for some bilateral movements. It also uses durable nylon pulleys, but the tradeoff is the cable movement won’t be quite as smooth as with aluminum pulleys.
The Titan Wall Mounted Pulley V3 has a 350-pound weight capacity with a 2:1 pulley ratio (meaning 350 pounds actually generates 175 pounds of force) that can be changed to a 1:1 ratio by joining the two cables together.
