You first complete a quiz on the Gainful website which asks about your diet, body composition, and lifestyle. Based on these results, a registered dietician creates a protein blend to best meet your profile. They provide a complete breakdown of the nutrition in the specific formula created for you. All of Gainful’s protein blends come unflavored with the option of adding seven single-serving flavor boosts free of charge.
The flavor-pack options include a variety pack, sea salt caramel, cinnamon toast, Madagascar vanilla, rich cocoa, chocolate peanut butter, strawberry cream, cafe mocha, and cookies & cream. Every blend includes all nine essential amino acids and a protein count that ranges anywhere from 19 grams to 27 grams per serving.
