Each serving provides 450 milligrams of magnesium in the form of magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide and 30 milligrams of zinc in the forms of zinc l-monomethionine and zinc aspartate. In addition, it contains 10.5 milligrams of vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxine hydrochloride, which is claimed to support aspartate and energy metabolism.
Met-Rx recommends taking three pills daily to support recovery and increase energy as a result of better sleep. Many users report that once taking this ZMA they fell asleep more quickly and entered a very deep sleep. However, there are also some who experienced vivid and unpleasant dreams once taking this supplement.
