The 5 Ring Bar takes training and coaching to a new level. With 5 rings per side, this bar was made with coaching in mind. No matter the lift, easily instruct your athletes to different hand positions without the guess work – ensuring even hand placement for balanced, safe lifts.
The center ring was also added for setting up the squat. Easily center the bar on your back while the aggressive knurling makes sure the bar is going to stay in the exact place you set it.
