The Sunny Health and Fitness Space Saving Rowing Machine is a compact and affordable rower. The Space Saving Rower allows you to easily get a full body workout in your home.

The Space Saving Rower has 16 levels of magnetic resistance which Sunny states the magnetic resistance creates a smooth ride. The rower is 72.5 inches long and 18.5 inches wide and can be stored upright when not in use.

The shorter length than other rowers creates a shorter slide rail length of 44 inches, which may not work for taller users. To determine if this rower will work for you Sunny recommends measuring your inseam, top of inner thigh to bottom of your foot. The maximum inseam of this rowing machine is 43.5 inches.

For comfort the rower has non-slip handles, a cushioned seat, non-slip pedals, floor stabilizers, and a water bottle holder. The rower also has a digital monitor which can display time, count, total count, and calories. This display can also be put in scan mode to cycle through all the stats. There is also a device holder but using it will block the digital monitor.

Customers had mixed reviews of the rower. The general consensus was that this was a good affordable rower but the resistance was very weak. Users didn’t feel much difference in the magnetic resistance levels.

Many people did love the rower. They loved that they could get a rowing workout at home without spending a ton of money. They thought it was easy to assemble and was great for beginners.
