I’m not going to say that having a super yoke will make you super strong, but it probably will. And there are two amazing reasons for that.

1. It’s an unbelievable total body workout there are few exercises that demand the muscle recruitment that a yoke does. Carrying hundreds of pounds across your back is a surefire way to strengthen and thicken.
2. It can be used as a squat stand so you can squat and bench with the added benefit of carrying and the yoke is compatible with nearly all of our rack accessories.
