Product Summary

The Bowflex Total Max 16 is the best and most expensive Max Trainer sold by Bowflex. It is a combination of an elliptical and stair stepper. Bowflex has designed the Max Trainers to give users a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout at home. So you can get a great workout quickly. 

The Total Max 16 has a 16–inch touchscreen that uses WiFi to connect to Bowflex’s JRNY app to give you access to thousands of on-demand workouts. JRNY also features adaptive workouts that will change and become harder as your fitness level improves. The Total Max 16 has Bluetooth compatibility for using integrated speakers and heart rate monitoring. The Total Max even comes with a bluetooth heart rate monitoring armband. 

As of publishing there aren’t many customer reviews of the Max Total because it has only been available for about one year. Most reviews are positive and most reviews agree that it gives you a fantastic workout. Customers enjoyed the low-impact workout in a compact design. The main complaint at this time is buggy software. Customers that experienced issues found Bowflex’s customer service to be responsive.
