Product Summary
The Hook Grip 2.0 knee sleeve is a basic nylon, rubber, and spandex blend sleeve. It has been designed to provide warmth and compression, but not the protective support you’d expect from thicker knee sleeves.
Hookgrip has improved the 2.0 with the help of customer feedback: They’ve reduced the length of the sleeve and created a tighter fit. These changes resulted in a smaller fit than the 1.0 sleeve, so be sure to check the size chart carefully.
These changes have not been popular with all customers, some now complain of the sleeve rolling down during workouts. Other customers love the basic compression at a cheap price point.

Summary
If you’re looking for the most basic compression at a cheap price point, these are the sleeves for you. Remember, these don’t provide protective support, so if you’re worried about previous knee injuries look for something more supportive.
