Product Summary
The Train Fitness App works with your Apple Watch Series 4+ to automatically track and detect 100 different strength-based exercises while you work out. This artificial intelligence (AI) tracker can identify dumbbell, barbell, cable, and body weight exercises, so you can train hands-free. This app also features an automatic rest timer in between your sets.
Currently, this free app is only available via Apple Watch Series 4 and higher. Train Fitness states that they plan to expand their product to other platforms in the Spring of 2023. If you are looking for a program to guide you through workouts, this is not the app for you. As of now it is purely a tracking app.
