Made in the USA, the Full Cage Expansion Kit is constructed with 3-inch-by-3-inch 11-gauge steel and coated in a black powder coat, making it both strong and durable.
The uprights in the Full Cage Power Rack Expansion Kit are available in two heights (81-inch and 95-inch) to match the height of your Full Cage and ceiling. PRx customer service assists buyers in choosing the height that works best with their ceilings. Both uprights and crossmembers have ⅝-inch laser-cut holes for endless accessory options. What’s more, the spacing in the bench area is 1 inch, which allows for specific J-cup placement for those bench press days.
While the notion of being able to add onto existing equipment to save money is really cool, let’s take a look at some of the actual numbers. The base Build Limitless Squat Stand sells for $599, and the Build Full Cage Expansion Kit will cost you another $749 plus shipping. All in, you are dropping around $1,500. With a quick internet search, you can find full cage squat racks from reputable brands for the same cost or even less. So, if your intention from the start is to have a full cage rack, this may not be the most economical choice. That said, if you do want to start small or live in a small space but may eventually have more, then the Build Limitless Full Cage Expansion Kit is a great buy.
