Product Summary

The AbMat Barbell Bomb has been specifically designed to easily slide onto your barbell and allow you to do all of the movements that you would typically only be able to do if you owned a landmine station. Some of these exercises include presses, rows, lumberjack deadlifts, core rotational work, along with many others. If you’re new to this type of training and just need to learn the movements, you can also place the barbell bomb on the end of your barbell for you to grip while you become more familiar with the movement.

The Barbell Bomb is made out of high-density foam and created by Eric Chessen and Ryan Pitts to stay stable while also allowing you to do different movements.. Importantly, this product can enhance the effectiveness and increase the usefulness of the equipment you already have in your home gym. Many customers loved that it was such a simple product but also gave them so many training options. It’s easy to store and will not tear up your flooring. If you’re not using it, you can store it on an extra barbell or just set it aside, as it doesn’t take up very much space.
