The JYM ZMA Zinc and Magnesium supplement is formulated with 30 milligrams of zinc in the form of zinc aspartate, zinc mono l-methionine, and zinc oxide; 10.5 milligrams of vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxine hydrochloride; and 450 milligrams of magnesium in the form of magnesium aspartate and magnesium oxide.
