Nunchuck Grips

We developed Rogue Nunchuck Grips as a dynamic new type of grip training tool, machined from portions of our own raw barbell steel.Available to order as a basic pair or as a set with (2) Desert Tan Grip Straps and (2) carabiners, these versatile grips can be setup quickly for pull-ups or arranged in a fashion across a rig as a challenging, vertical monkey bar course. Users can also test their grip strength by attaching a kettlebell to the Nunchucks for the Farmer’s Walk and other movements.The Nunchuck Grips come in two standard lengths–Short (7.5″) and Long (12″)–and five different diameter options, each with a specific knurl texture. This enables any athlete to custom-select the ideal fit and feel, or to alternate between different grips depending on the workout. Since there’s no plating on the handles, the raw steel also helps the user experience the knurling in its “true form,” with either a standard or aggro grip, depending on the diameter.
