At around $1.43 per serving, it’s a relatively affordable pre-workout that comes with 30 servings per tub.
Each serving comes with 320 milligrams of caffeine, 100 milligrams of which are derived from a slow-release form of caffeine known as di-caffeine malate. For those looking for a pump, Total War has 6 grams of citrulline malate to help with oxygen and nutrient delivery to the muscles.
