Product Summary
The Rogue Foam Plyo Boxes can help eliminate fear factors that you would find with a traditional wooden box. These boxes are made out of an ultra-dense foam core and covered with heavy duty vinyl. This makes them firm enough to perform plyometric movements, but the softness makes it less likely that you will scrape up your shins.
These boxes come in four different heights: 6 inches, 12 inches, 20 inches, and 24 inches. There are large hook-and-loop strips on the four sides that ensure that the boxes will not slip when they are stacked. The product only takes up 28 by 28 inches of floor space, making it efficient and easy to store.
One important callout: These boxes should not be used on smooth, untextured flooring. They are best used on rubber gym flooring, particularly the kind with non-skid bumps.
