Rogue Speed Straps are 11.75″ long and feature a 1″ wide, single closed loop design. For quick-release movements like snatches, the shorter length of these straps ensures a safe and instant separation from the bar on the drop, while the fixed loop prevents over-tightening of the wrists and keeps the straps comfortably in ready-position between sets—virtually no set-up time required.
Sold in pairs, Rogue Speed Straps are made in the USA using a quality, black nylon webbing with double bar tack stitching. The ends of the straps (that wrap the bar) are also finished with a nylon strip of material to maintain a stable hold before a lift and prevent fraying over time.
Nylon weightlifting straps are generally more cost-efficient than leather and more durable than a lot of cotton straps on the market. They also have a unique texture and feel that some athletes prefer for getting a smooth, consistent release off the bar. Compared to our standard 10” Nylon Oly Lifting Straps, the Speed Straps are considerably thinner (1” wide vs 1.5”), which can also be a personal preference for some athletes. Rogue strongly recommends testing out different types of straps to see which best match your needs and comfort level.
