Another rope in the Rogue SR (speed rope) series, the SR-3 features a 3/32-inch coated cable, durable nylon resin handles, and a 10-foot adjustable cable.
The Rogue SR-3 speed jump rope uses a bushing system for smooth spin, but it doesn’t have 360-degree rotation like a bearing rope. It’s still a fast, smooth rope, but bushings don’t allow as much room for error during double-unders or speed jump roping as bearings do.
Our Garage Gym Reviews product testers feel the SR-3 is built more for endurance than for speed, but it can certainly be used for both.
