The SKLZ SpeedSac is an affordable, portable alternative to full-scale metal weight sleds. Great for resistance sprint training on grass, turf, or wood flooring, the SpeedSac enables the same sort of variable weight customization as a traditional speed sled, with less hassle. The full set includes an ultra-durable main carrier bag, plus (3) filler sand bags, each with a 10LB load capacity.
Great for use among multiple athletes, or for an individual gradually increasing his or her towing resistance, the SpeedSac travels easy and adapts to any user with an adjustable leash length. Athletes can also use the handles of the main carrier bag for lunges, front raises, and other movements.
Please Note: Using the SpeedSac on a surface besides grass / turf / wood could reduce the functional life of the product.
