The Pro Series Deadlift Belt is a modified, 3-ply version of Spud Inc.’s versatile 2-Ply Deadlift Belt– giving athletes a thicker, more rigid support option on heavier lifts. Like the original, this belt is specially designed to reduce the direct friction on the hips and stomach at the bottom of a deadlift, so you’re getting optimal support with a bit more comfort than a standard power belt.
Along with the added thickness, other distinctions with the Pro Series include reinforced stitching and an industrial strength ratchet (rather than a front ring). By cranking the small ratchet, the user can tighten the belt to an ideal custom fit, and easily loosen or re-tighten again as needed.
