The LEVEL 3 Tsunami Bar® (Black Label) may accommodate up to three 45-lb plates on each end of the bar. This bar also includes two sets of Croc Lock collars. As with all Tsunami Bars®, the LEVEL 3 bar has the capacity to generate 2X the muscular activation in the Primary Movers and as much as 3X the muscular activation in stabilizer muscles during particular moves when compared to equally weighted steel bars performing the same move.
