Summary
The TYR SR-1 Tempo Runners are running shoes designed for fast running workouts. These shoes have proven a good option for speed workouts, especially on the track, and tempo runs. They are also great for HIIT training thanks to the responsive midsole that offers lots of energy return. The SR-1s run significantly small, so we recommend sizing up by a minimum of a half-size; a full size if you tend to be in between sizes.
