Product Highlights
Look, we hear you. Lugging a barbell around in your back pack to mobilize your janky tissues just isn’t practical.
Pros & Cons
Bottom Line
When mobilizing tissues it’s important to have the proper tools and no one comes out with more innovative mobilization gear than Kelly Starrett and his MobilityWod team.
The Rogue MobilityWod Stick is no exception.
Essentially what the MobilityWod Stick is, is a barbell shaft. I’m sure many of you have used a barbell to dig and roll across your tissues many times before. The only difference between this and your barbell is this one is shorter.
It comes in both knurled and slick shafts and is sure to do wonders on your sticky tissues.
Specifications:
Look, we hear you. Lugging a barbell around in your back pack to mobilize your janky tissues just isn’t practical. Moreover, we know that explaining away that barbell in your living room during parties gets old. Yet, some times nothing else gets to the source of your tacked down sliding surfaces like a good ole chunk of beautifully handcrafted (dare we say Artisan) barbell.
That’s why we’ve created the MobilityWOD Stick. First of all, it’s gorgeous. Second of all you know it works. And nothing screams responsible, mobile, dedicated, and legit athlete like a piece of hand crafted metal alloy in the middle of your quads (in the middle of your living room).
We know the TSA is gonna hate it. But they don’t squat anyways. The MobilityWOD stick is the next level-hand held, one way ticket to PR-town. Prop it up on a couple of books and it’s like you’ve got your favorite barbell mobs with the portability of lax ball. And it’ll look great next to your mid-century modern couch.

Although turned off initially by the price, after using the Bulldog Pad, I've come to absolutely love it and use it nearly every training session. If you can afford it and have a squat rack it would work with, I highly recommend it. However, for most home gym owners, it's a luxury. Read more
