As the name suggests, Live It Up Super Greens is a blend of powdered whole leafy green vegetables sold as a drink mix.
It’s marketed as a simple way to get your daily greens, improve your digestive health, strengthen your immune system, and boost energy levels thanks to the blend of organic vegetables, probiotics, and digestive enzymes.

Before You Buy
- This greens powder contains whole-food-based powdered green veggies, probiotics, and digestive enzymes.

- This is meant to supplement a healthy diet, not to provide 100% of your daily vitamin and mineral needs.

Is Live It Up Super Greens Powder Worth It?
Live It Up Super Greens could be worth its $2 per serving price if you’re willing to pay a little extra for a greens powder with a simplified ingredient list. It’ll help you get more of the nutrients found in leafy greens and could improve your digestion.
However, if you’re sensitive to monk fruit extract, want a greens powder with adaptogens or fruit, want higher amounts of micronutrients, or are on a tight budget, you might want to consider alternatives.
Great for:
- People who struggle to eat enough leafy green vegetables, but are otherwise able to eat a balanced diet
- Those wanting peace of mind from an extra boost of antioxidants and certain micronutrients
- Anyone avoiding caffeine or added sugars
Not recommended for:
- Those wanting a product with adaptogens, fruit powders, or 100% of your daily micronutrient needs
- Anyone sensitive to monk fruit extract
- Individuals who need a budget-friendly greens powder

Price Per Serving
At $2 per serving, we could only rate Live It Up Super Greens a 3 out of 5 for price.
Greens powders aren’t known for being cheap, but the average price for these supplements is about $1.75 per serving, so this one is a bit expensive compared to most of the competition.
That said, you can save a generous 33% by signing up for a subscription.
Formulation
We liked that Live It Up includes 5 billion CFUs of probiotics and is made using whole powdered greens instead of extracts or synthetically produced vitamins and minerals. However, the formulation earned a disappointing 2 out of 5 rating from us.
Many other greens powders contain fruit and adaptogenic mushrooms and herbs, all of which are absent from this product. Because of the lack of fruit, it’s low in vitamin C. This may not be an issue for everyone, but we know that many prefer having these ingredients.
It’s also lower in vitamins and minerals than some other greens powders. This isn’t a problem if you’re just trying to get a boost of antioxidants, but it isn’t ideal for people who want a big nutrition boost.
Unfortunately, it’s also made using proprietary blends. This means it’s impossible to know how much of each ingredient you’re getting because the amounts don’t have to be listed.
Taste and Solubility
With this supplement, you won’t have to worry about learning how to make a greens powder taste better. Our expert testers agreed that the flavor was nice and neutral, not too grassy but not overpoweringly sweet either. It was an easy 4 out of 5 rating for taste.
One of our expert testers, a CrossFit Level 1 trainer, said: “This greens powder was very nice mixed only with water. I liked that I didn’t have to mix it with juice or combine it with another supplement to make it taste good. The minty aftertaste is really pleasant.”
It also got high marks for solubility. “There’s some settling that occurs, so you’ll need to shake it up unless you’re able to drink it all at once. Despite this, the solubility is still better than most other super greens I’ve tried,” they noted.
Side Effects
Because greens powders often have such extensive ingredients, some people ironically experience super greens powder side effects like bloating, cramping, or diarrhea—symptoms these supplements claim to help.
However, in our product tester’s experience, Live It Up Super Greens “lives up” to their claims. “I noticed significantly less bloating, higher energy levels, and better bowel movements after drinking this greens powder for 6 months,” they raved.
However, knowing that some people are sensitive to monk fruit as a sweetener, we rated this powder a 4 out of 5 here.
Third-Party Testing
Dietary supplements aren’t strictly regulated by the FDA, so third-party testing is essential for ensuring that greens powders are free from dangerous contaminants.
We rated this powder a 4 out of 5 here since Live It Up claims the product is third-party tested and produced in a GMP-certified facility. We knocked a point off because they don’t disclose who conducts the testing.

Customer Experience
We found multiple customer reviews praising the company’s quick response times and willingness to correct any issues.
They offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and returns or exchanges on all first-time purchases, taking the risk out of trying the product.
This does mean, unfortunately, that the company doesn’t accept returns for subsequent orders, whether a one-time order or as part of a subscription. We felt that this policy takes away slightly from the customer experience, so we rated it a 4 out of 5.
Ordering Live It Up Super Greens
This greens powder isn’t sold at major retailers, so you’ll need to order it directly from the Live It Up website. Simply choose your flavor and decide between the Subscribe & Save option or a one-time purchase.
As a bonus, they offer free standard shipping on all orders.
