For athletes who train alone in a home gym or just want some extra peace of mind when pushing their limits, the Flip-Down Safeties offer reliable protection through any failed rep, and are also stable enough to serve as a platform for your rack pulls / pin pulls. Set-up is simple and convenient, as the safety pair slides into your 3×3″ Monster uprights and flips securely into spotter position.A UHMW plastic covering is included on the top and clasps of the Flip-Down Safeties, helping to prevent any damage to your bar’s knurling on a drop.
