Product Summary
With a notably compact footprint, the BODYCRAFT VR200 Air and Magnetic Rower offers users of all fitness levels a solid, low-impact workout. The VR200 features pivoting adjustable footrests with extra wide lock down straps which not only enable a comfortable fit, but also move with the natural motion of your body for a smooth pull and return.
The VR200 is powered with a unique combination of air and magnetic resistance. This results in a strong rowing stroke and some impressive potential power output. For the air resistance, the flywheel spins faster as you pull harder which then creates more resistance. As an added bonus, the center-mounted air vent also functions as a fan so you can stay cool while you row away.
Ultra smooth industrial-grade bearings inside the friction-free rollers create a smooth pull without creating undue wear and tear on the track. The monorail track is made with high strength T13 aluminum, so it is built to last. The small LCD monitor is very basic, which is a disappointment given the price. But it does display time, distance, calories, split time, strokes, strokes per minute, and total strokes which is all you really need to get a solid workout.
If you live in smaller spaces, you will appreciate the easy folding and roll system on the VR200. The rower can be folded and stored out of the way when not in use. Weighing just less than 60 pounds, the process of moving the VR200 around is simple.
