This new high density dome primes your body to perform powerful, balanced lifts and produce immediate results on the ground. When you use the Elite’s new dome for Compression Strength Training™, you are able to focus in on and engage key areas of the body as well as hard to target areas such as the adductors – which are essential to perform at your highest level. Compression Strength Training™ is exactly what is sounds like. By “compressing” the BOSU Elite’s dome it creates dynamic isometric resistance (DIR) to both simulate your nervous system and excite your body’s muscle fibers – literally making you feel lighter on the ground, faster on the floor and more powerful under the bar.
