The diamond pattern knurled revolving tri-grip handles allow the user to choose from three different grip sizes:

• 30mm (approx 1 1/8″)
• 38mm (approx 1 1/2″)

The shock resistant bolt-on rubber feet help balance the bar while loading and unloading weights, while the elevated sleeves make switching weights effortless! Engineered and built to be safe, durable & dependable.

This versatile bar allows you to choose from a variety of grips. The tri-grip feature offers a 30 mm, 38 mm or 45 mm grip, which is approximately 1 1/8”, 1 1/2 ” and 1 ¾” grip. The neutral center aligned grips are comfortable and give the user a secure sense of safety when going heavy.

These bars are constructed from cold rolled steel tubing and finished in a durable, long-lasting industrial powder coat. Available in multiple colors. CAP uses only quality cold rolled steel & durable finishes when designing these bars.
