Product Summary
Taking a unique spin on traditional power towers, the Fit! Home Gym is a versatile and compact unit for your home gym. This unit is constructed with a wood and steel base. From there, multiple workout stations can be configured using the included steel bars which click into place using a spring latch. The various setups include a full-sized pull-up bar station, dip station, push-up station, and more. Resistance bands can be attached to the base to add even more variety.
According to the manufacturer, this unit can be set up in 60 seconds and requires no tools. As an added perk, your purchase unlocks full access to the Fit! App which houses over 100 exercises and can be paired with your Apple TV.
Sold separately are bands and a banded barbell, as well as a custom duffle bag that fits all the attachments for easy storage or to take it on the go. Taller athletes may find it short as it only stands 6 feet, 4 inches tall with the pull-up bar. When fully set up, this home gym unit can hold weights up to 300 pounds.
