The Freak Athlete Tri-Flexor is a portable tib bar designed to promote strength gains in your ankles, hip flexors, hamstrings, and quads.The Tri-Flexor is claimed to reduce shin splints and knee pain by strengthening the small muscles in these areas. It features three weight bars, each with a 2-inch width which will accommodate any Olympic-sized weight plate. If you don’t already have Olympic-sized collars or weight plates, you will need to purchase those to use the Tri-Flexor. The weight limit is just 45 pounds so you shouldn’t need more than a few plates.

Engineered for multiple users, the Tri-Flexor fits USA men’s shoe size 4–13 and women’s 6–15. The Tri-Flexor comes with a sandal strap design which securely keeps your foot in place and allows for you to quickly swap out feet. The heel strap is padded so if you prefer to train barefoot, you can comfortably do so.
