Product Summary

The Harambe System K Bundle is a unique solution to resistance training with limited amount of space. The K Bundle comes with a set of five 38-inch long, looped resistance bands, one foot plate, one 12-pound bar, one cork block. Additionally, the K Bundle also comes with a set of ropes and rods to attach the resistance bands to the bar.

The lightest resistance band can simulate about 10 to 20 pounds of tension while the heaviest can provide up to 200 pounds of tension. You can even mix and match bands to create more than 200 pounds of resistance.

Although these bands are versatile and can be used in combination with each other to create upwards of 200 pounds of resistance, the Harambe System K Bundle will not be the optimal choice for all lifters.
