Kensui AdjustaBELL is an innovative loadable dumbbell with no overhang. The AdjustaBELL was designed to be portable, versatile, and allow you to complete all the same exercises you complete with a traditional dumbbell. AdjustaBELLs are sold in pairs.
The AdjustaBELL is made of nylon and features a non-slip rubber guard. There is no overhang when you load the weights, because instead of a loadable metal sleeve, the AdjustaBELL features a collar that screws into the knurled handle. This unique dumbbell has 7 centimeters of loadable length, though you can also purchase AdjustaBELL extension pegs with 12 centimeters of loading space if you find 7 centimeters is not long enough. The dumbbells have a weight capacity of 140 pounds.
