NordicTrack’s 25-pound Select-a-Weight adjustable dumbbells offer users five different weight options in one, compact piece of equipment. Each dumbbell ranges from 5 to 25 pounds using a smooth pin weight selection system. When the dumbbell is on its storage tray, you slide the pin to the desired weight and lift from the tray. Any weights not being used will remain on the tray.
Featuring a 5-pound knurled handle, the NordicTrack adjustable dumbbells enable a solid grip even when hands are sweaty. Included in your purchase is a 30-day trial to iFIT, NordicTrack’s online training platform, which houses a library of workouts led by world-class trainers. While the cost of these dumbbells is less than purchasing five different sets of dumbbells, they still are rather costly. The range on this set of dumbbells may not be challenging enough for some users.
