The shakes have even taken social media by storm with countless videos of people adding Premier to their morning coffee to turn their coffee into breakfast. With 30 grams of protein and 24 vitamins and minerals, it’s a great way to start the day.
The trade off for the 14 amazing flavor options is that these shakes have a very long list of ingredients, some of which aren’t all that great. If your stomach isn’t bothered by ingredients like carrageenan and sucralose, though, these are quick and very convenient options for getting in protein with almost no sugar, as every flavor comes in at only 1 gram a serving.
