Product Summary
The Prime Fitness Single Stack is a robust and versatile piece of equipment. At 350 pounds, the weight stack provides ample weight for most exercises. The single stack can be purchased with a 2:1 or 4:1 ratio option, which means the weight will feel either half or a quarter of the actual weight loaded on the stack.
With an adjustable high/low pulley, the Single Stack can be used for a variety of cable exercises. It can be used as a low row machine, a functional trainer, and as a lat pulldown machine—with a permanent high pulley at the top of the machine. In addition, the machine has a peg carriage system that allows for loading weight plates, for fine tuning weight loads, or simply adding more weight for some exercises.
Prime Fitness offers a variety of attachment options, including a lat pulldown seat, a low row footplate, dip bar, and a single leg roller pad. However, each of these attachments will add to the cost of the Single Stack, which comes with a hefty price tag already.
