The Rogue Competition Fat Pad features the same “Grabber” vinyl material and 4.5″ thickness as the Donnie Thompson Fat Pad adapted into a slightly narrower design (12.5″ width vs. 14.5″). This makes the Comp Fat Pad a good hybrid option for athletes who like the feel of the Thompson Pad, but prefer the dimensions of a more traditional bench pad.The Competition Fat Pad’s universal hole pattern makes it compatible for bolting onto any Rogue flat bench or Westside bench. Each pad is precision-manufactured in the USA (dimension tolerance of /- 0.25″) and includes Rogue branding on both sides.Compared with a standard bench pad, this design can help optimize back and upper body positioning.
