Product Summary
RPM’s Atom home gym kits are an easy way to get started with a home gym. They’re available in three versions—the base model Axis, the mid-range model Fly, and the high-end model Power—and all are customizable to your fitness level, and male or female.
The Axis kit comes with dumbbells, a kettlebell, a sandbag, a pull-up bar, a plyo box, training mat, core mat, mobility tools, and a PVC. The Fly kit adds gymnastics rings, and Power adds a barbell, bumper plates, and collars.
This system is meant to be used in combination with the Atom GPP app, which will guide you through programming based on the kit you have. This is an additional $29 per month.
