Available in only one color, this lightweight vest is designed to keep you protected from wind and rain. The Smartwool Merino Sport Ultra Light Vest is extremely lightweight and can easily be packed into a jersey pocket which is great for layering. Constructed with a nylon outer material, this vest will keep you dry and warm on those wet and windy days. According to past buyers, this vest is surprisingly warm when considering its lightweightness.
Merino Sport panels are strategically placed on the back and sides of the vest to enable breathability. Sporting some reflective details, this men’s vest helps boost visibility in dim lighting.
Unfortunately, there is only one pocket, so there is not much room to bring essentials or nutrition. There are a few reports that this vest may ride up when partially unzippered which is not surprising since it does not cinch at the waist or bottom.
