Product Summary

Offering a lot of versatility in a compact machine, the XMark Lat Pull-down Cable Machine features both high and low pulley stations, lending itself to numerous exercises. Your purchase includes a chrome-plated lat pull-down bar and low row bar with textured rubber hand grips. Additionally, it has a flip-up footplate to use when performing low rows.

This machine has a 400-pound load capacity which is supported by nylon-coated aircraft-quality cables with a 2,200-pound tensile strength rating. The mainframe is constructed with 11-gauge, 2-inch by 3-inch steel covered in a scratch-resistance powder coat finish with skid resistant feet.

While the seat was reported to be narrow for some users, most found its extra-thick 3-inch sweat and tear resistant Duraguard vinyl cushion and 4.33-inch vinyl-covered thigh pads to provide a comfortable and stable base when performing lat pull-downs and rows. Particularly tall individuals may find the range of motion restrictive with some movements.
