Doctor of exercise physiologyKrissy Kendall, Ph.D., is a lecturer in Exercise and Sports Sciences within the School of Medical and Health Sciences at Edith Cowan University (Perth Western Australia). Her research areas and interests include examining physiological and performance adaptations to high-intensity interval training, dietary supplement interventions to enhance the effects of exercise, and the therapeutic effects of creatine monohydrate. She has published 60 peer-reviewed journal articles and six book chapters in areas related to exercise, body composition, nutrition, and recovery.
